In 2011 we moved to Spain as a family with 2 young children. After some time there was the first small finca with some olive trees to care for as a hobby. Soon the interest grew and we were struck by the magic of the wonderful olive oil product. As "no-nonsense" people, we like to work hard for a pure and honest product. This hard work is not a punishment, the climate does help, although in winter during the harvest it can be hard work, as the microclimate in our environment can get very cold. We like short lines with our customers so that they can feel close to the origin of this beautiful product.
